At Golden Afternoon, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges. We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at contact@goldenafternoon.co.uk so that we can evaluate the issue and provide a resolution.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
As a no-returns policy applies, we cannot accept returns for any items, including but not limited to:

Refunds
